I have experience in working with children of all ages with a range of speech, language and communication difficulties in primary and secondary schools within the NHS and private sector. I am a trained Elklan tutor and ADOS-2 assessor (assessing and diagnosing children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Social Communication Disorder). I am also Makaton and Cued Articulation trained.  I have experience and particular interest in Autism Spectrum Disorder, Specific Language Impairment, speech delay/disorder and language delay/disorder.

Since qualifying as a speech and language therapist in 2014, I have worked predominantly in primary schools supporting children with a range of speech, language and communication needs. I am particularly interested in language disorders as well as social communication difficulties such as autism

I qualified as a Speech & Language Therapist in 2008 and since then have worked with children and their families within a range of settings, including Children centres, clinics, nurseries, primary and secondary schools, both within the NHS and the private sector. I have experience of working with children of all ages who have a range of speech, language and communication difficulties. I am also a mother of two young boys.

Particular areas of interest include speech delay/disorder, speech dyspraxia, language delay, developmental language disorder and early language intervention. I am also an ELKLAN trained tutor.

I am a qualified Speech and Language Therapist currently working in Chelmsford. I have experience of working with children with autism, language delays and disorders, speech delays and disorders and learning disabilities. I provide 1-1 assessment and therapy in clinic group therapy and support to children in nursery and primary school.

Particular interests are autism and early years.

I am registered with the Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC) and a member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT). I am available for assessment and therapy in family homes around north and mid Essex.

I have experience in working with children of all ages, in mainstream and specialist settings. In these settings, I have worked with children who have Down Syndrome, deaf children and children with ASD and ADHD.

I am Elklan level 3 trained and I also hold an Elklan level 2 in unclear speech. I have recently completed my British sign language introductory course.

I am a paediatric speech and language therapist that has a passion for practicing in a neurodivergent-affirming way. Drawing from my experience as a special needs nanny for diverse families in Cambridge, I believe in the power of establishing connections with children and working closely with parents. Since qualifying, I have worked predominantly with children with developmental differences like Autism, ADHD and global developmental delay. I am trained in Makaton and trauma informed practice.
